I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Hazel Mc Donald for the excellent service she provided me last week. She helped me to sort out my on line phone application as I have not received feedback from Sales and she kept me updated regarding the progress of the application when I was considering cancelling the application.<br> <br> Ms. Hazel Mc Donald's professionalism and ability to assist in my situation quickly exceeded my expectations and such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with Vodacom for years to come.<br> <br> My phone was delivered today and I would like to say thank you!
