I am replying in connection to a earlier complaint.<br> <br> I had a small issue at VodaWorld.<br> They phoned me within 2 hours of the complaint.<br> The person was so friendly and helpful.<br> <br> I'm so embarrassed that i complained in the first place.<br> <br> I was so impressed that I converted all my other contracts to Vodacom ass well.<br> Vodacom in Festival mall sorted me out within 5 minutes.<br> <br> Thank you and I'm looking forward to our business in the future.<br>
