I had a problem with vodacom data - I was unable to connect to microsoft exchange on outlook, and to Office365 mail - she did everything possible and kept me informed by calling me back every couple of hours whilst trying everything. I am pleased to say she managed to resolve the issue and called to let me know.<br> <br> I wish MTN could learn from Vodacom!<br> <br> Thank you Thobisile!
