Thank God I am not a Vodacom Customer

In March this year, I purchased a Vodacom tablet from Cellucity Pavilion. By the way the device reacted, I know that I was given a damaged device. The device was hardly ever used as it would heat up and shut down. eventually the device started heating up so badly, I could not hold it in my hand. The LCD then cracked. When I booked the device in, it was in perfect condition and there was no way they could tell me that the device had fallen as this was certainly not the case. I have sent numerous complaints to Adnaan, who had asked me to book the device in and send him the job card number, this was done on the 22nd May 2015 and it has been over a month, still no response. He is ignoring my emails and there is no response from anyone else. Thank God that this is the first and last device that I will ever purchase from them. Their customer service stinks. The guy at the Gateway walk in centre was indeed right about all the stories he gave me about Vodacom. They should not be supported because they dont care about their customers.
