Vodacom Eastgate shop U19 consultant Thando I regret setting foot and met a cold heartless somebody firstly she insured a wrong device I'm sitting with a cracked A8 tablet Secondly she extended my 24 month contract with 6 months. 24 months is already long and now i must beg Vodacom to correct the mess created by Thando the *********** I nicely reported the matter on the 29th of April the issue is still not resolved guess what when I call I'm referred to a robot Tobi who chooses options that are limited to a useless tool ,so basically Vodacom has *********** artificial + *********** Thando wow what a toxic combo. I want the contract to end as in yesterday before I'm drawn into this loony bin. I not angry I'm DISAPPOINTED at uselessness haai shem. The people seem to have the same disease before I went to the shop to lay a complaint who ever answered listened to my frustration only to sell me something my question is to Vodacom where do you get these vultures. By the way I'm a customer for more than 10 years you could have asked me nicely to leave than insulting me.
