Hi my name is Lisa. Today I spoke with Thandeka Phewa and wow oh wow was she an angel . She spoke fluent for me to understand her and was listening attentively to my complaints she then asked me the necessary questions in order to assist me . I had problems with hearing clearly as my device was giving problems but she called me back and we continued our call.
