Thabello ***hu and team useless (I see Vodacom does not even respond, so this time they won't either!) Vodacom outsourced their operations to Merchants CX and this is destroying their reputation, but they don't care! I upgraded 1 contract and cancelled another. For 2 months now it is still not done. They just add stuff to your account, lie blatantly during the recorded calls, but when you refer to the recordings they always disappear. Ask Thabello ***hu how "Vodacom" **** to me, and now make their lies my problems! After 15 plus years as a loyal Vodacom customer, I am finally done.
