I paid my account from day one but my data, talk time and sms was never loaded, I paid for something I never received, and now after I stopped payments I get action. Your account is in arears, but no fixing ofaccount or data ect. Vodacom made a mistake and dont want to rectify it, so the only reply I get is \ you used it all up"so educated answer.
