Terrifying EXCESSIVE HIGH BILL from Vodacom

I have had a contract with Vodacom (same number) for almost or more than 15 years ! I changed my contract package a year ago and received a static/similar Bill every month - between R2500 and R4000 per month. In November 2016 this year i received the FIRST SHOCK in that Vodacom debited R11,737.73 and in December 2016 they debited me R7,090.20. This is ludicrous and impossible. I began tracking my Balance by using *111# on a daily basis from 1 December. For the latter part of the December month my balance owing remained at R1500 and moved up by R100 for most of the month (I was on holiday and didnt use my phone much). Towards the end of December I received a message saying my data was almost up and I could buy a package which would last 30 days from purchase. I elected to purchase a R299 bundle. This should have taken my balance owing to R1999. I did not use my phone's data for the remainder of December. On 30 December I checked my balance and it showed R1999, BUT the next morning 31 December, when I checked my balance and took a snapshot of the amount - it showed R2318.50 ! This in ONE day and when I had NOT used my phone at all. In fact the battery was flat and I didnt charge it until the morning I checked the balance 31 December 2016. To my absolute SHOCK and horror, Vodacom then debited an amount of R7090.20 from my bank account on the night of the 30 December. I live in Port Elizabeth and was told early in December that there was no longer a physical Customer Care Centre in PE and I would have to deal with a Call Centre. PLEASE ASSIST ME TO RECITFY THIS MATTER and have Vodacom refund me the excessive amounts and reduce my Bill to the correct amount. Vodacom needs to ascertain the precise moment the Bill escalated and refund these jumps for November and December.
