Terribly ,horrible, unprofessional

i complained about vodacom lack of service 2 weeks back and got an automated reply saying someone will call back, haven't heard anything from them, Im tired of been called by the attorney's for something I do not have, vodacom is ruining my name , they collected their phone but they saying I owe them,i feel like their departments do not communicate, collection should have notified them they have collected their phone from me.
