Terrible, worse after sales ever!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>To whom it may concern. </p> <p> </p> <p>i have a iphone 6s plus, that has 7 months remaining warranty, the phone was purchased in August 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have sent my phone in for repairs, its going to be two weeks soon!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>i phoned vodacom Cresta to find out, what is going on they tell me that Vodacom Menlyn is waiting to give them a "qoute" i phoned Menlyn to find out why and i was told that my warranty has been cancelled because the phone has a scratch on it and i must pay R6000. the phone did have a scartch, but not a dent, they told me its a dent so for all i care the technition working on it could have dented it or while transporting it </p> <p> </p> <p>i WILL NOT PAY THE R6000 FIRSTLY, SECONDLY WHAT **** IS THIS THAT IF THE PHONE HAS A SCRATCH OR DENT THE WARRANTY IS CANCEL!!!!!!!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I WILL BE CANCELLING MY CONTRACT WHEN IT IS EXPIRED AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF MY FAMILY PORTS TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER THIS IS UTTER **** !!!!!</p>
