Terrible Vodacom Telemarketer

A telemarketer from Vodacom phoned me today (9 October 2020) at 13:14pm from the telephone number ***. The person did not give me her name. She said she was looking for my husband and that it was a sales call. I said to her that my husband was a doctor and could not take such calls, and please would she remove my number and my husbands number from her marketing call list. The person responded "why can't your husband take these calls" and refused to agree to remove our numbers from the list. I got upset and asked to speak to her supervisor. She pretended to hand me over to her supervisor and hung up on me instead. I am absolutely furious. These calls are during business hours, unsolicited, and I believe it is the right of the consumer to ask that our number be removed from a marketing list. Vodacom, you need to get your house in order. How can you hire such rude and obnoxious telemarketers? Also, please stop calling me. I am completely sick of being phoned three times a day a couple of days a week!
