Terrible Vodacom servic3
I really very frustrated with Vodacom and them using outsourced companies like EliteMobile. I called wanting to get a new deal on Black Friday and spoke to an agent called Velankosi, he was working on a deal for a Samsung galaxy S20 FE and keep me on my current package which cost me R309pm. I asked him to remove all the free bies to get to this price. He confirmed he got an okay from management and was supposed to return my call as I needed to drive off. He has not gotten back to me despite several calls from myself and each time speaking to a different consultant.
