Terrible Vodacom Customer Service, Vague Answers - Don't Open Up a Contract With Them

I have been having terrible service with Vodacom regarding contract cancellations. I have just found out that one of my contracts haven't been cancelled and I have spoken to over 4 consultants regarding this. Everytime I speak to a consultant I encounter new information !

I cannot believe this service from such a massive service provider. I would not recommend opening up any contract with Vodacom if it will come with such hassle when you get to a point where you want to practice your right as a customer and make cancellations where you personally see fit. Not value for money , don't make the same mistakes I did.
