Terrible Upgrade Experience - still not upgraded

I am utterly disappointed with the experience I have had with Vodacom. I have been trying to upgrade for over two weeks. Firstly, someone had my ID number incorrect on the system. After a week and a visit to the store to update it, it was eventually updated.

Secondly, they then delivered my phone to the incorrect address, after I told them an address before they delivered. I then asked if they could please deliver to the correct address but please deliver to my reception because I would be travelling. They said yes, they would need authorization. Eventually after no information I called them again today, got told they don't authorize third party collection, and an agent would call me back. Why then did you tell me it can be done! Did not get a call from said agent. Eventually called them AGAIN and told them to cancel the entire order I will go to the store when I am free. I was then told it will take a few days for that order to be cancelled.

This is unacceptable, I have been a Vodacom customer for over 12 years. This experience has been so bad that I feel like cancelling both my contracts with them. Too add insult to injury, I was told no manager was available to talk to because of loadshedding and I must call back in 2 hours. I couldn't get a name of a manager from the agent because they are not allowed to divulge a name. A got an email address that is not even a vodacom email address - ********** Vodacom what is going on? I am a customer willing to upgrade two contracts for another 2 years and this is the kind of service I get.

Needless to say I will be cancelling both contracts with Vodacom. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
