Terrible/unacceptable service regarding ***** Case

At the end of January 2016 I noticed a big deduction from Vodacom on my account. I went to the Vodacom shop to query and the consultant informed me that an upgrade has been done on my laptop. The laptop contract expired 3 years back, the upgrade was done online and an I-phone was delivered to a church in Benoni.

I was not aware of any upgrades on my account. Vodacom suggested that I open a ***** case at the SAPS which I did on 08 February 2016, Case No 289/02/2016. We also discovered that the upgrade was done on December 2014. The amount at that time was R7 900.00. Everything was send to Vodacom. I then received an SMS from Vodacom informing me that they cannot refund me the money, but they will credit my account with the amount. Nothing happened and my own Cell phone number was due for an upgrade. I was planning to move to a different service provider, but I was forced to upgrade with Vodacom in order to use the credit amount I was given.

I was paying the full amount on my new contract and I received a statement and a hands free set, R2 400.00 was deducted from my account which I did not receive. I went to the Vodacom Shop again and the consultant send an email to Vodacom Head Office for assistance. Nothing happened again and then I went back numerous times and every time there was no response from Vodacom.

In the mean time another upgrade was done with a S7 Smart Phone. The consultant was able to receive statements on the ********** No 071 *** **** back to May 2015. The total amount for this is R15 380.37. The system did not allow retrieving statements prior to 05/15. Prior to this statements I paid a total of R2 659.00. The consultant put a soft block on that cell no but it did not help. I went to my bank and blocked the debit order to prevent Vodacom from *****ing any more money from me as I did not authorized any upgrades on my account and Vodacom is not doing anything to assist me or give me feedback.

I then paid in store for the two numbers that is mine(me and my wife), the total of that amount is R1 668.55. This is very inconvenient and time consuming. On 31/8 Vodacom deducted R5 900.00 from my account again. I then requested the bank to reverse the debit order which they did. From what I could determine I have already paid approximately R26 780.00 for a ********** account. This is unacceptable for me and the fact that I do not receive any feedback or assistance from Vodacom is pathetic. I do not know what else to do as I did everything possible to get feedback from them. Not even a ******** case gets any attention.
