TERRIBLE & TOTALLY *********** SERVICE! CRESTA VODACOM

<p>After more than a month of trying to sort out my mom's upgrade it is still not sorted!</p> <p>We upgraded with Reagan at the branch and although he is very friendly unfortunately his technical knowledge is not good at all. He placed my mom on the wrong package and everything is one big mess.</p> <p>We have been back a few times and it is STILL not resolved.</p> <p>The manager has not ever resolved this for us ...... says alot about a manager I'd say.</p>
