TERRIBLE TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT A 78 YEAR OLD PENSIONER

I am a pensioner, and as a result of covid and lack of funds I couldn't pay my outstanding vodacom account on time. Now VODACOM has without giving me the option DELETED my telephone number...this number is crucial with regards to my medicine and medical treatments. I have managed to collect the final amount outstanding of R620.00 but that was rejected VODACOM has now instructed me to pay over R2000.00 this is preposterous and I feel I am getting ill treated. All y family and friends must be worried sick as I have no way to notify them that my phone number has been deleted by VODACOM. I am charged for a contract renewed by them I never received a handset!!!

Reviewer Update
YOU DO NOT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THAT MY CONTRACT WAS FROM 2018 TO 2020 OCTOBER, SO VODACOM HAS EXTENDED MY CONTRACT TO OCTOBER 2021. AND I WAS INFORMED BY THE AGENT ABOUT THAT TODAY. I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THIS. I HAVE REPORTED VODCOM TO THE OMBUDSMAN, NEXT IT WILL BE CARTE BLANCE, NEXT THE NEWS PAPER, NEXT FACEBOOK, NEXT INSTAGRAM, I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL MY NUMBER IS ACTIVE AGAIN. I WILL PAY THE R620.00 ODD RAND AS WAS ARRANGED WHEN I GET MY PENSION ON THE 23RD OCTOBER 2020.
