TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service from vodacom business- I want OUT!!!!!!!

I need someone from Vodacom complaints to call me right away!. I own a business completely reliant on receiving calls to get business, i joined vodacom 23 June after lockdown. I got a R4000 bill, that I've been quering for over 3 weeks and NOTHING, no answer !!!! Noone can tell me why I have a R4000 bill!!!!

Then, my phone NEVER works!!!! Ive reported it almost daily, and im still waiting for support!!!!!! I want our of vodacom!!!! This is by far the worst telecom I've ever used in my life and I cannot believe I joined them and trusted them with my business line!!!!!!!!! They refuse to give me numbers to speak to someone senior and not a single manager has called me to discuss this problem!!. How do I fix and account that is INCORRECT, and get a phone to work properly!!!!! Please call me!!!
