TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service!

App**** for a new contract online on the 3rd of Jan 2024. I selected my deal and color of phone and the color of add On's available on the deal. Credit vetting toke place and approved then was pending because of the watch color that was not available. I called in today again and was told the watch was in stock and that it will be shipped out, but the address was incorrect on the SMS system that was sent to me. Also please note, I'm speaking to different agents every time I call in. I had to call back, to change the address, before doing this the agent confirmed my new deal, just to find out the previous order was cancelled and reapp**** for by a Vodacom employee who changed the phone color without my knowledge. I had to call in again to speak to a different department to cancel this order. I have been going back and forth for days now, calling Vodacom and not getting answers. Now this agent has told me she re-app**** for a new order (the 3rd time) with the correct phone color but hanging onto the previous order as well. I'm will not accept the incorrect order from Vodacom, and please don't send me 2 x phone because you messed up. I app**** for one new contract and not two! I need this to be sorted out ASAP as I'm considering taking all my services with Vodacom to a company that actually has an ordering system that works and has competent employees. I made it very clear from the beginning that I don't mind waiting for the phone color I selected to arrive! Come on Vodacom you can do better that this!! I need answers and feedback!
