Terrible, terrible service!!!!!
<p>This is now my second complaint on Hellopeter regarding the same thing. Over a month ago I requested a copy of my contract and I was told I would get it. After complaining on Hellopeter they e-mailed me and requested a copy of my ID and more details which I sent to them. I have still (after following up twice again) received a copy of my contract. Today I receive an sms stating my query has been closed.... well Vodacom, this won't be the only thing that will be closed. I will be cancelling both my contracts with you and my wife hers, all of them due for renewal in 2017!</p>
