Terrible Terrible customer service ,the worst of them all.i never enjoyed a single day of using their contract phone.all they're good at is to continuously sending their scaring marketing messages!!

Vodacom has the worst customer service ever. They forget they're running a business. I've had my contract since 2019 , never missed nor delayed a single payment then my contact came to an end in August 2021.Of which I told them earlier before it came to an end that please may you terminate it when the contract ends.Because they're ******** they continued to debit my money that I work my ass tirelessly for. I've been calling their numbers for several departments but I'm getting no help.Please I'm nolonger asking for a refund for the amount that they took for free.All I need is them to stop deducting further ,I'm sick ,tired and fed up of their pathetic service!!!they run their business like a ****a shop owned by a newborn baby.Im really fed up
