Terrible support from Vodacom Call Centre for data roaming travel bundles

@vodacom, I am travelling internationally and have been experiencing challenges with data roaming travel bundles and connectivity . I have repeatedly tried to get help from Your call centre. The agents either do not know what to do, do not respond or do not help. It looks like one of the agents deactivated my travel roaming bundle . I do not know how to ask for help because the call centre help is not sufficient or helpful especially knowing I am Roaming. Can someone please help me? In addition, I should not incur any additional charges due to Vodacom’s lack of service and also call centre agent capability. This severely impacts me and I Hope you will help urgently.
