Terrible support

i am really getting annoyed at Vodacom. I am wasting my time trying to cancel a contract that I was forcibly persuaded into when I tried to move my expired contract to prepaid. Every time I am being told to hold for Aftersales to conclude my cancellations, but they never answer their phone...what the heck...i dont have time to waste like this and then you ready to charge me for a service that is not working....Come on vodacom...this is disgusting!!!!
