Terrible signal in mountain Rise. Pietermaritzburg

Vodacom Signal in my Area has been exceptionally poor over the last month in my area. I cant make calls or even complete a google search. I logged a technical query with my address whereby they said it will be investigated. I receive an sms stating that a tower will be built in an area ****m from me. How will that help me? And the sms states I should just buy a signal booster. I have 3 devices on contract with vodacom that is utterly useless at my home? And vodacom does not seem to care as long as they receive there money
