Terrible shop manager at Vodacom

I went to the Vodacom Tyger Valley cell phone shop and there was only myself and a couple in front of me to be served but we waited and waited and the manager seemed oblivious of us. If he had just acknowledged us and apologized for the wait it would have been fine.....and then he was rude to another couple and threatened to have them forcibly removed from the store. I urgently needed to get a replacement phone otherwise I would have told him what a @##$% he his and never gone near that branch again
