Terrible servuce

Vodacom has the worst service. I took in my cellphone for repairs for a cracked screen on the 2nd of April, 11weeks later I am been given the run about about my cellphone, which was insured with Vodacom. NO one is able to give me answers!!!! 11 weeks without my cellphone, which I need to work with. I'm always told to give repairs time to work on my phone. How much more time, another 12 weeks (6months) to repair a cracked screen????
