Terrible services
I have been waiting for a technician for weeks and still waiting for my speeds to get sorted. I received an SMS stating my ticket has been closed due to numerous failed attempts to contact Me when I had ONE MISSED CALLED from them on a PUBLIC HOLIDAY AFTER 18:00PM , and that was the only attempt. No technician has been sent out I work from home and haven't been working cause of these guys
