Terrible service...quick to upgrade and make sure you stay on but never quick to make sure you get what you asked for

So I upgraded to get my daughter a phone. Ram courier called once I wasn't there I said delivery next day please only for them to send package back. Now I must wait a month before I get the phone. Yes quick to take money but never quick to assist customers. I've been with vodacom for years but now I want everything canceled
