Terrible Service. Worst ISP??!!
Can I give less than 1 star! WiFi down since last Friday. Agents can’t help me. When I posted on Facebook, suddenly they know what the problem is. They have been told exactly what needs to be done but still no WiFi… the call centre agents are rude and arrogant as if I’m not allowed to be frustrated by now.
