Terrible service -vodacom repair centre

I have received the most terrible service, my cellphone needed to be repaired and was sent to the vodacom repair store in Durban,umhlanga on the 30 October 2021,i was advised in 5 days my phone will be repaired on job number ***7,till date I have not received my phone,this has caused allot of inconvenience and due the poor service I've received I intend on cancelling the phone insurance and moving to a different network provider
