Terrible service vodacom Bedford Centre

I recently upgraded and part of the deal was 10G data. Needless to say I get shifted from pillar to post. Between the Vodacom store in Bedford centre and Vodacom just empty promises. No one calls me back ...... dont advertise it if you can't give it
