Terrible service. Unresolved issues
I have been a Vodacom customer since 2005. This week I have spent hours on the phone to CLUELESS unhelpful call centre agents who still have not resolved the issues which were BOTH errors on Vodacoms side. The agents refused to give me reference numbers. These errors are financial and legal and cannot be taken lightly! I am a disgusted customer!!!
