Terrible Service that has stretched for over 2 months

I am having a terrible time with Vodacom. This is my 5th complaint to Hello Peter and nobody from Vodacom had tried to contact me. In the month of August, my phone kept getting cut because I reached my credit limit which was a system error beacuse Vodacom had a new system, so the consultants at Vodacom informed me. They would later un-suspend my phone. 4 hours later my phone would later be suspended again and my phone would be suspended, I would call back again, they would tell me the same story, that they have a new system and it has some problems. They would reactivate my phone again. This happend over 20 times during August to the point they increased my credit limit to R25000 to try fix the problem. The problem continued. I went to Vodacom Midrand and told my problem to Thato Chuene and Mulala Denga. I informed them that I am not going to pay the service fee for August as the service that I got in August was disgracful. There was a point I was on holiday, stuck in town beause I couldn't get an Uber because my line had been temperary suspended, and I was stuch for like an hour trying to get my line up and running. Thato Chuene and Mulala confirmed the matter was resolved and gave me an invoice of about R2,243.00 which I paid after getting invoice. Then later I find out there was an outstanding amount of R2300 when I enqiured they said it was my data bill, which I resolved on the 22/09/2016 to be credited by R2175.54. I phoned Subscriber Collections spoke to Lubabalo, 12:00 to 12:20PM

He said there is amount in arrears of the sum R2300 is due to the Vodacom Service Charge for September and not data as you suggested. He confirmed the Data fee was credited R2175.54 on the 22/09/2016.

What adds to my ager is he is under the assumption that my phone was cut in August due to my credit limit being reached hence arrears and Vodacom systems had no play in numerous times my phone was cut and reactived, and that I called Vodacom only twice throughout the month, which is just ridiculous.

What makes me more angry is that I set up a query with Thato Chuene and Mulala SR:1- ********** 7860 which I kept requesting updates, and they said the matter was resolved and according to Lubabalo, that's the amount outstanding.

Please can someone from Vodacom request my calls from August and see the level of poor service I received and continue to receive. Please can someone assist me

I am really fed up and would like to speak to your supervisor. I am really lost for words.
