Terrible Service, stay away

I cancelled my data contract on the 6th of January 2021, and nothing happened, it was still charged to my account every month. On 3 March I called the call center again, they admitted to having received my 6 January cancellation, and told my they will refund me. Once again nothing happened. It is now nearly three months later and the data contract is still being charged to my account.
