Terrible Service Rendered by VODACOM

Terrible experience from VODACOM closed my account 3 years ago and suddenly my account was reactivated automatically by the system without my knowledge or consent. They are now debiting my account from September 2025 and I am occurring fees charged to my account the Team leader was supposed to call me back to sort the matter out however she refers my to a rewards team who has nothing to do with sorting out issue
