Terrible service regarding sms roaming

<p>My husband currently switched his phone to sms roaming while he is away in Denmark. Yesterday (sunday) i tried on many occassions to get through to you. Everyone was rude and would not help me as i was not the acc holder. My husband who is sitting overseas cant phone out and asked me to rectify the problem. After the 3rd call Tashwell Strydom from one of the call centre re-synced the line for me and my husband rebooted his phone and it worked for last night and this morning. This evening he skyped me via wifi again to tell me that yet again no smss are going through again. Who do i have to speak to to either get the line re synced again or to resolve this problem for my husband? He cannot personally call himself as with the sms roaming it deactivates his calls and data ( this is exactly what he wanted as he doesnt want a costly bill when he gets back) thanks to vodacoms rude agents and incompetence to rectify a problem properly my husband is stuck in a foreign country with no way to make contact back home to south africa. I am honestly so disheartened by the lack of willingness by vodacoms agents to help me to sort out this dillema for my husband. So now i have to choice but to post this on social media. All that we want is that you ( vodacom) fix this problem once and for all. JUST MAKE THE SMS ROAMER WORK AS MY HUSBAND ORIGINALLY REQUESTED!!!!!!!</p>
