Terrible service provider, stay far away from Vodacom

Dear Vodacom

I cannot believe I am here again, 2 years later and the matter has not been resolved, to make matters worse I am listed on ITC for something I did not do, I am getting such a terrible service from Vodacom, I guess the only thing for me to do now is to go to the ombudsman as well as the consumer protector. I cannot believe this is a service from a big reputable multinational. Such a terrible service provider
