Terrible service provider

Based on advertising and social media l have seen very interesting bogus things that Vodacom apparently offers to its valued customers.l app**** for a cell phone contract on Wednesday afternoon and was told to expect a phone call within 48hours by the apparent fantastic vodacom consultants.Its been three days now , l have not received any sms or phone call , when l went to find out what the situation was , l was told to simple wait.

What kind of service competency is that, from this simple experience l cannot recommend Vodacom to anyone l love!

l then went to the nearest MTN Shop and in 2 hours time l had a cell phone in my hand.How amazing is that.

There is no english phrase l can think of that can properly explain how pathetic Vodacom as a service provider is.
