Terrible Service on upgrade at Tygervalley Store

We signed an upgrade on a business contract on 1 June 2024 and added an LTE Samsung watch to the contract. On the authorisation letter we clearly indicated that the esim must be activated to connect the phone and watch via cell network.

When the watch was collected on 7 June no activation was done. The user of the phone and watch has now multiple times called and been to the Tygervalley store where the contract was signed to get the eSim activated. We are now three weeks later, and no one can get the eSim activated and the staff member that did the contract upgrade is no help at all.

Reviewer Update
It has been yet another week and there is still no resolution of this issue. No one from the store has made contact and the eSim is still not active. Is this ever going to get sorted out?
