terrible service on every possible level

Extremely bad and pathethic. These people after complaining have still not contacted me and neither did they solve my problem. These guys comes across to me as ***** and ********. all false promises are made over the cell. They very good at selling you LIES. Right now, i dont have any free minutes which they retracted and gave me a 5gig deal for over R200 per month which i didnt ask for and are MAKING ME WAIT A MONTH TO REVERT TO OLD CONTRACT. oNCE THEY REVERT, I WANT TO CANCEL MY MONTH TO MONTH. The sad part is that i never defaulted once in the years that i have been with this terrible company.
