Terrible service, *********** staff

<p>I have been calling this branch for 2 hours trying to get proof of purchase mailed to me. They drop the call whenever I ask for a full name to report. Employee Thabani assures he sent the mail so that I can end the call and then 10mins later when I call back, employee Olivia says that he is sending the mail now. They provided no assistance until I mentioned coming to the store. I provided my email address about 5times and sent several mails from two different email addresses. Still no response. I am infuriated with the service – or lack thereof. </p>
