Terrible service from Vodacom......yet again

I am more than tired with Vodacom. Numerous escalations regarding no network at the hospital i work at in Umlazi and now no network at home. So basically I can't use any of my Vodacom lines. Today I had to take out an MTN home wifi contract just so that I can receive internet. How sick is that! To make matters worse I asked how I can buy out of my Vodacom home wifi contract and was quoted an exorbitant figure. What I don't understand is why am I paying Vodacom for services that they are not providing and then on top of that pay them to have to terminate a contract as they are not providing a service they supposed to offer. All that they say is that they are aware of the problem and are working on it. This is really ridiculous.

I still.cant believe the inefficiency of Vodacom. There is still no reception at Prince Mshiyeni hospital in Umlazi. This is one of the biggest hospitals in the Southern hemisphere and Vodacom simply drags their feet. A lot of staff are on Vodacom and simply have no reception. This has been going on since last year and now it has been about a month with no reception. Vodacom keeps saying that their staff will contact me but to no avail. I keep getting the explanation that they have escalated the matter but still there is no service at the hospital. This is now beyond ridiculous.
