Terrible service from Vodacom - USELESS Provider ever!!

I am a new Vodacom customer, for the very first time, and I am already gatvol with their terrible service. Their incompetence is on another level. Vodacom can't get a simple thing right and this is my second month with them. Their call centre agents (Thabile being the one) are not helpful at all; they hang up calls on customers, not able to resolve any queries as you are transferred from one agent to another. This is a nightmare and I want out!! Vodacom customers, I don't know how you cope with this useless Network Provider - my peace matters.
