Terrible service from Vodacom Shop Lakeside mall

Terrible service from the manager at this shop. My mom went to purchase the 3rd phone from them 2 days ago. She enquired about the price which they told her was R3300. She complained and said that less than 2 months ago she paid R2800 for the same model Samsung A20. She asked the manager for a pensioners discount and also the fact that this was now her 3rd purchase from them in less than 4 months. He gave all sorts of excuses as to not give the discount. She promptly left and went to MTN around the corner and bought the same phone for R3300 including a screen protector and cover. So to put it bluntly, your service is much to be desired. After nearly spending R7000 with your store and willing to purchase another phone, she didn't get discount.. Way to loose a customer Vodacom shop.
