Terrible Service From Vodacom-LikeMinds

It appears Vodacom is working with ****mers LikeMinds. They continuously contact and coerce customers into upgrading contracts on the phone without any documents or approvals. I have a few lines with Vodacom and all were upgraded 4x more than the original contracts taken out. And every month the bill gets higher and higher?? How does a "reputable" telecoms company do this? When requested to provide details it takes months on end to get any type of feedback from either company!! Really pathetic service!
