Terrible Service From Vodacom Employees!!!
Spoke to a very rude lady on the phone. Didn't even want to give me her name. She assumed that I had money to pay for my account when I got retrenched due to COVID-19. I have spoken to numerous consultants and asked to put a note on the system. Nothing has been done to rectify my problem. Vodacom you guys are terrible!!!
