Terrible service from vodacom

Using vodacom network became a nightmare. For two months now I can't receive calls or sms messages but I can make phone calls. I tried to call vodacom customer care but no one is helping. I went to vodacom ghandi square and they said they don't have TSO. I went to vodacom outlet Thavhani mall and the guy told me point blank that they can't help me. I feel like I am being held hostage. I can't get out of vodacom without loosing my phone number. And loosing my number consider the fact that I used it everywhere is another nightmare. I can't even port because I get sms.
