Terrible Service from Vodacom Clearwater Store

I have been a client with Vodacom for over 12 years, and I have had contracts consecutively for those years. I went into the Vodacom Clearwater store 2 weeks ago to take out a new contract, which means I now have 3 contracts with them, I was told I will get a gift since I am a loyal client. the guy told me I will get a call within a few days to come to the stores, this, of course, did not happen. I went into the store yesterday, was awkwardly greeted by someone who literally "smirked" at me when I told her the story, she left us standing by the entrance, and just stared at us standing there, for over 15 minutes with no one assisting us or acknowledging us. It felt so uncomfortable that we left the store, with no one bothering to stop us or at least give us an estimated time frame as to how long it would take to help us. I can't believe how uncomfortable and rude the lady was, I can't believe how I'm a client for so long, I have not had great service all these years but because of convenience did not want to cancel my service with Vodacom, my sister is with MTN and received great gifts when she upgraded her contract, with Vodacom, its as if they are doing us a favour by having us take out a contract with them. Very disappointed so far, I will NOT be upgrading my contract that's due for an upgrade this March, and definitely will be looking elsewhere for better deals in the future. When its time for a sale, they will promise you the world, when its time to deliver on it, then its a problem.
