Terrible service from Vodacom
Honestly, what does one need to do to get service from Vodacom.
Following on from my previous review, I received a call from Vodacom back office saying that my query has been referred to the accounts department. To date I have had no feedback and yet again I receive an sms saying my service ticket A2-KCCU-KPB1DP has been closed.
This is highly frustrating.
And you call the customer care number there is no option to speak to a consultant.
what does one need to do to get service from Vodacom.
